Michael Norris, Co-Founder, Head of Marketing

Michael is responsible for all aspects of Teen Readers Society’s marketing efforts, including market research, strategic marketing planning and client communication. As a highly accomplished marketing professional, Michael has established strong corporate partnerships with industry leaders, such as Penguin Random House, Better World Books, Team Rubicon, UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, and the U.S. Agency for International Development, within just two years of incorporation of Teen Readers Society.

Before joining the Teen Readers Society, Michael gained extensive experience in marketing and sales management across various industries. During his time at Zaricor Flag Collection, Michael took the lead in driving public awareness of the collection. His innovative marketing strategies resulted in notable achievements, such as organizing exhibitions at the Smithsonian and the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, generating press coverage in major magazines, and securing interviews on broadcast television.

Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from San Francisco State University. He has also studied Psychology.
